Model BWH high-speed rotary bearing has a double-row angular contact ring. The balls are aligned inside a cage between the inner and outer rings. The main features of this product are its ability to receive loads in all directions, as well as its high rigidity and rotational accuracy, which are equal to that of cross-roller rings. By adopting a new structure to change the rolling elements from rollers to balls, this product can handle very high-speed applications. Changing from rollers to balls also aids in dissipating heat from high-speed motion.
Applications include machining centers and high-speed rotary indexing tables. Bearing are available with inner diameters of 100, 120, and 200 millimeters, with plans to add large-diameter models in the future.
