There are some booth locations that have lower clearance and may not exceed 16ft and other island booths may have higher clearance and height restrictions may be increased upon request.
All hanging signs must be sent to RES warehouse, using the hanging sign shipping label included in the exhibitor service manual to arrive no later than October 10, 2024.
For more information on height restrictions or hanging signs please reference the Exhibitor Services Manual (page 72-73 & 82) or contact: Brian Kester, Rosemont Exposition Services at BKester@rosemontexpo.com. |
It is a standard requirement for all of our exhibitors to carry general liability coverage from an insurance in good standing.
Proof of insurance is mandatory.
Having insurance will protect your company, employees, and volunteers, should a claim arise against you for something that occurred at your booth. Please review the Exhibitor Resources page for insurance requirements.
If you do not have insurance, or you would rather not use your own insurance, (similar to when you rent a car), we have set up a program with Rainprotection Insurance through which, you can purchase compliant insurance instantly online starting for only $99.
Proof of insurance is due August 30, 2024.
